PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of wear and flaw on the contact surfaces of both insert dies with each other and to improve the life of the insert dies by retreating the direct acting insert die to a prescribed position, then retreating the rotary insert die while rotating the die at the time of mold opening. CONSTITUTION:A stationary side forming mold 31 and a moving side forming mold 32 are mated integrally and a molten metal is injected from an injection port 32a. The moving side forming mold 32 is parted from the stationary side forming mold 31 when an impeller 10 is molded. A 1st driving plate 35 is moved forward toward an inner stationary plate 34 and guide blocks 51, 52 are moved together with the impeller 10 by the advance of a block holding plate 38. Further, a 2nd driving plate 36 is moved forward together with a 3rd driving plate 37 and after the direct action type insert die 21 is moved backward, the rotary insert die 22 is rotated. The 3rd driving plate 37 is further moved forward and the impeller 10 is taken out by an ejecting member 78. The wear of the contact surfaces of the direct action type insert die 21 and the rotary insert die 22 is prevented, by which the life of the insert die 21, 22 is improved.
