FRAME STRUCTURE CONSISTING OF COLUMNS AND TRANSVERSE BEAMS IN THE FORM OF HOLLOW SECTIONS

The present invention relates to a frame structure consisting of columns (1) and transverse beams (2) in the form of hollow sections and being intended particularly for facades and the like. The structure is characterized in that the columns (1) and the cross beams (2) overlap each other and in the overlap region they are screwed together. The screwing is enabled by at least one recess (3) performed on the cross beam (2) and intended for a bolt being preferably screwed in a bolt channel (4) arranged preferably on the column (1), whereby the bolt channel (4) is formed by a groove extending in longitudinal direction of the column (1). The structure further comprises a sealing and positioning part(5) that is inserted into the bolt channel (4) and that has at least one projection (6) protruding outwardly over said bolt channel outer edge (4) and encompassed in the cross beam (2) by said recess (3). It further comprises sideward projecting spacing strips (7) bearing from one side on the bolt channel (4) face (8) adjoining outer edge thereof, and from the other side on opposite contact surface of the cross beam (2).
