In the present invention there is described a peptide derivative of the general formula I, in which p represents the number 0 or 1, A represents a hydrogen atom or the group Re1-(CHi2)iq-(X)ir-(CHi2)is-CO-, B represents the group (G)it-(H)iu, in which G and H represent amino acid radicals being selected from a group comprising natural L-amino acids and their corresponding D-isomers or unnatural amino acids, C represents the radical of D-amino acid -NH-CH((CHi2)iw-Re4)-CO-, D represents the radical of D-amino acid -NRe20-((CHi2)ik-Re5)-CO- provided p is the number 1 or if p is the number 0 then D represents the group of the general formula -NRe20-CH((CHi2)il-Re5)-CHi2-Re6 or the group of the formula -NRe20-((CHi2)im-Re5)-CRe6-, E represents the group -NH-CH(Re10)-(CHi2)iv-Re9 provided that p is the number 1. All amide bonds in the general formula I, except for the bond between C and D can be substituted independently on each other with the group -Y-NRe18-, in which Y represents the group -CO- or -CHi2- and Re18 represents a hydrogen atom, alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms or aryl (having 3 to 10 carbon atoms in the ring and up to 2 hetero atoms being selected from a group comprising nitrogen atom and sulfur atom) alkyl (containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms). In the present invention there is also described a pharmaceutical preparation, in which the above-described peptide derivative is comprised.
