The invention also relates to a method for producing the printed matters of value, which process comprises the following steps: producing printed items (3) of value with a cut marking pattern (19) being performed from one or a plurality of cut recesses (17, 27, 33), whereby each printed item (3) from the same partial unit (5) exclusively has the same cut marking pattern (19), and each printed item (3) from different partial units (5) has differing cut marking patterns (19), and subsequently issuing a plurality of partial units (5) in determined time intervals and/or at various places for sale of the printed items (3) of value to the end user.
