The present invention refers to a device to apply hypertherm to implants used in any part of human body, which comprises in combination a power source by which electric current is provided to device circuit, likewise, inside components box, a regulator, an igniting indicator, a controller, a current amplifier by which current necessary for operation is provided to resistor, are housed. Likewise device includes an implant which can be characterized in that on each case is required to provide hypertherm when a determined pathology affects any part of human body.
