Belt for fitting around trunk of swimmer

The belt consists of an assembly on a minimal basis of a floating body with a connected mass body. The two bodies respectively are filled with a material with lower density than water and material of greater density than water. Under water, the belt assumes a pronounced preferential position. In the preferential position of the belt, the body of the user remains vertical. The belt as a whole floats or glides in the water. The first part of the belt is of the volume type, being made of preferably polyethylene foam with a closed, leafproof cell structure. It is connected (4) to the mass body which consists of preferably lead with a plastic coating. It has high density and does not emit harmful material to the water. On the body side of the belt, rubber strips (5) are adhered, which make contact with the skin.
