System for gauging mood of a team during simulated organisation changes

The cylindrical unit has a light source linked by optical fibres to illuminate the undersides of a series of rotatable discs. The discs have holes in them into which plain coloured transparencies are inserted. The user selects a colour for the mood of each member of the simulated team by rotating the discs. White is used for denial; blue for anger; purple for negotiable; red for depressed; orange for curious and yellow for integratable. The resultant colour combination gives an overall mood for the team.
