Compounds of the invention corresponding to the formula (I) IMAGE in which R represents a group IMAGE where R2 is a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C4)alkoxycarbonyl group, a carboxyl group, a sodium carboxylate group, a -CH2OR4 group, R4 being a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C4)alkyl group or a (C1-C4)acyl group, an amide group of formula -CONR5R6 or a -CN4R5 group, R5 being a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4)alkyl group and R6 being a hydrogen atom, a (C1-C4)alkyl group, a hydroxyl group, a (C1-C4)alkoxy group or a (C1-C3)alkoxyphenyl group and R3 is a (C1-C4)alkyl group, R1 represents either a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4)alkyl group, X represents either a sulphur atom or an oxygen atom or a methylene group, n = 1 or 2 and Ar represents either a 1-naphthyl group substituted by a di(C1-C4)alkylamino group, or a 6,7-di(C1-C4)alkoxy-1-naphthyl group, or a 8-quinolyl group substituted in the 3 position by a (C1-C4)alkyl group, or a 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-8-quinolyl group substituted in the 3 position by a (C1-C4)alkyl group, or a 1H-indazol-7-yl group, and their addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
