Pharmaceutical compositions in form of tablets or coated tablets contain moisture-, heat- and light-sensitive active substances having a monoclinic crystalline structure. These pharmaceutical preparations contain an active substance together with 0,2 up to 1,5 part closed to water-free salt of alkaline earth metal and 0,5 up to 2,5 weight parts of microcrystaline cellulose, computed related to the active substance together with one or two or more carriers and / or additives suitable from pharmaceutical point of view. The salts playing role of the above mentioned alkaline earths may be hydrogenphosphate, dihydrogenphosphate, calcium hydrogencarbonate calcium sulphate or magnesium sulphate.
