DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION OF PREFABRICATED UNITS MADE OF THE PRESTRESSED CONCRETE, IN PARTICULAR THE RAILWAY SLEEPERS

Device for production of prefabricated units based on prestressed concrete, the railway sleepers especially, is equipped with one master plate (1) with the shaping channel (52) and prestressing chambers (2, 3) connected to the end of the master plate (1). The master plate (1) consists of two master plate units (1a up to 1c), connected to each other so that, they are able to be released and they are located after each other creating ribs (60) and shaping channels (52) are observed among them, while the master plate (1) is located in the places, where they are changed and this master plate is fixed to the basic body (8) so that, it is able to be released. The prestressing chambers (2, 3) are connected to both of master plate unit (1a, 1c) with the connections which are able to be released.
