THE ECOLOGICAL AGRARIAN TEXTILE AND THE METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION

The ecological agrarian textile of a sandwich structure comprises, at least, three layers. The first layer is fibrous, based on natural fibres and/or a blend of fibres. The second layer is mineral and the third is cellulosic or fibrous based on natural fibres or/and a mixture of fibres. The second layer consists of lime-magnesium substance mixed with natural aluminosilicate or the agricultural fertilizers. The mineral layer containing mineral reducer with the granularity ranging from 0,001 to 1 mm is applied on the third layer. The mineral layer is flat-fixed with environmentally friendly substance. When the first layer is applied, the layers are connected with two rotary rolls in between 0,2 MPa and 0,5 MPa range of pressing pressure, and dried in the temperature ranging from 100 degrees Celsius to 140 degrees Celsius.
