Cellular radio field repetition (RCC) system for closed environments and similar conditions, for mitigating the losses caused by obstacles in general and recovering the telephone service without altering its characteristics

The system is used to transfer the cellular telephone system radio field from the outside to the inside of a closed environment and vice versa. It consists of two RF amplifiers connected in back-to- back mode for bidirectionality and decoupled from each other by two branchings (filters plus aerial coupler), which are to be connected to the corresponding aerials. The gains of the amplifiers compensate for the section loss between the internal aerial and the mobile telephone, according to the average distance between them, which depends on the size of the room. The decouplings have values such that self-oscillation is reliably eliminated, and there is also a quenching device to be used against this problem if it occurs. The characteristics of linearity in frequency and dynamics, and of the filtering, make this system versatile for use in cellular telephony and in other transceiver systems, and it can also be constructed from interchangeable modular systems.
