The object of the present invention is to supply power to electrical users in general when unexpected power cuts occur, and thus to ensure the continuity of supply, or in the total absence of power or in the course of movement operations (transport, mobile operations on construction sites, etc.). The equipment, which comes into operation within microseconds, can supply domestic, industrial and mobile electrical users, supplying power of the order of 100 KVA (or above), for a period limited only by the quantity of direct current necessary to supply the equipment itself, which is taken from simple accumulators or, in an autonomous way, from solar cells. Another innovative application is provided by the installation of this equipment on any means of locomotion whose motion is provided by electric motors supplied by the inverter which, in turn, is supplied by accumulators backed up by solar panels.
