In the case of a reinforced-concrete arched bridge, with a supporting structure comprising at least one arch 8, reaching from abutment to abutment, and a roadway platform 10, arranged above the arch and connected to the latter via supports 9, at least the main stringer or stringers 22, 23 of the roadway platform 10 have a continuous outer reinforcement 22 of steel or reinforced plastic, which has the form of an upwardly open channel or a trough and form permanent shuttering for the filling concrete.
