System of building single-family residences, implemented by means of prefabricated modules that are assembled in situ and which comprises: a first phase of marking out the ground plan of the building using some guide shuttering for this which is withdrawn before the concrete has completely set, a second phase of assembling vertical modules 3, which are inserted into the guide lanes defined, a third phase of fitting some upper clamps 5, 6 and 7, a fourth phase, consisting of fitting some forged plates 9, making the whole assembly solid with poured mortar both at the base and around the said clamps, and by means of an upper forging.
