A phantom color light mirror including a mirror, aplurality of colored light sources, and a centralcontrol device. The mirror is composed of atransparent sheet having a reflective layer affixed toa rear surface thereof. A plurality of lines of asufficient width are used to engrave the reflectivelayer with a graphic design visible from the front sideof the transparent sheet. The operation of the coloredlight sources are controlled by the central controldevice. The mirror, the light sources and the centralcontrol device may be accommodated in a cabinet. Arefracting device may further be disposed behind themirror to provide enhanced visual effects.
