REGULATOR FOR REGULATING A MEDIUM FLOW THAT IS SUPPLIED TO AT LEAST ONE HYDROSTATIC OR AEROSTATIC POCKET OF A BEARING, A NUT FOR THREADED SPINDLES OR A GUIDANCE
The invention pertains to a regulator for regulatinga medium flow that is supplied to at least onehydrostatic or aerostatic pocket of a bearing, a nutfor threaded spindles or a guidance from a mediumsupply, with pressure chambers that are separated bya control element that can be moved against the forceof a spring element, wherein a first pressure chamberthat is charged with a first pressure level (p1) isdirectly connected to the medium supply, a secondpressure chamber that is charged with a second, lowerpressure level (p2) is connected to the medium supplyvia a first flow resistance, and a third pressurechamber that is charged with a third pressure level(p3) that corresponds to the pressure in thehydrostatic or aerostatic pocket is connected to thehydrostatic or aerostatic pocket, wherein the controlelement forms a variable second flow resistancebetween the second and third pressure chamber whichinfluences the medium flow supplied to the pocket,and wherein the size of the aforementioned variablesecond flow resistance is increased due to the forceexerted by the first pressure chamber and reduced dueto the spring force as well as the forces exerted bythe second and third pressure chamber. According tothe invention, it is proposed to provide a bypass(29) with a third--preferably invariable--flowresistance (33), wherein the bypass is connected tothe hydrostatic or aerostatic pocket and to themedium supply via the first flow resistance (21),
