The inventive Chinese character input method is that the change rule of Chinese character is disclosed by one stroke; Chinese characters are divided into 3 patterns; Chinese character is separated according to 3 rules; there are 4 roots which require to be remembered; repeat code rate is 3 % for single character; phrases input is main input method.
