The invention relates to an immunological testing device for detection of paratuberculosis in affected mammals. Said device contains plastic plates or plastic containers with a hydrophobic surface on which a layer of a lipopolysaccharide antigen or polysaccharide antigen, obtainable from Mycobacterium paratuberculosis and having a molecular weight of 30 to 50 kDa, is formed.
