The invented oil-press comprises washing-machine (5), funnel (1), with two toothed wheels (2) which crack the olive-crop and guide the olive-mass into the washing-machine wherein it stirs up with warm olive-water and then with normal flow it mounts up into container (13) wherein the oil separates again from the olive-water with normal flow.
