Described is a screening device (3) for a trials-plot combine harvester, the screening device having at least one frame (9) holding a separation screen (11) and a device (12) for adjusting the frame, the frame being mounted so that it can rotate about an axis (10) running across the chassis (1). The frame-adjustment device (12) consists of an actuator shaft (13) connected to a pivoting drive and mounted in the chassis parallel to the axis of rotation (10), the actuator shaft having at least one pivot arm (14) connected by a control lever (15) to the frame (9).
