The computer network has a data centre (DZ) with a communications device and passes graphical plan data and release data via a link set up by the communications device and receives changes to the release data via the link. Several terminals communicate with the data centre via communications devices and have computers (CA-CD) which receive the graphical data and release data from the data centre and transfer changes to the release data to the data centre via their communications devices.
