The present invention relates to a cooling system that can increase the safety of nuclear power plants by passively cooling the residual heat generated on the primary side of the steam generator by condensing the steam on the secondary side of the steam generator during the reactor accident. The passive secondary condensation system uses the concept of an isolation condenser of a boiling water channel (SBWR), and the basic configuration of the system according to the present invention includes an isolation condenser of the type used for the boiling water channel type, and the isolation condenser. It consists of an isolated condenser tank and a pipe connecting the steam generator and the isolated condenser. The passive secondary side measurement system according to the present invention can replace the auxiliary cooling system of a conventionally constructed pressurized water reactor.
