In the randomization method and digital communication apparatus according to the present invention, 'ALL ZERO' (0000 ....) or 'ALL ONE' series is provided by providing a disorderly chart using characteristics of a convolutional code to digital data inputted to a transmitter. Digital data inputted to (1111 ....) is prevented from staying in one state so that accurate timing recovery can be performed at the receiving end.
