The present invention is directed to a thermosetting polymer prepolymer having shape recovery properties.;An object of the present invention is to provide a shape recoverable prepolymer that is excellent in shape recovery and excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, transparency and colorability.;The present invention relates to a polyester prepolymer in which a component is selected and synthesized so that at least one dicarboxylic acid, at least one diol, and an unsaturated group at a molecular end thereof are synthesized,;a) ditaric acid is 80 mol% or more of the dicarboxylic acid component is an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component,;b) the diol component contains at least 80 mol% or more of 2 to 10 carbon atoms;;c) the repeating unit of the ester bond is 2-50,;d) the terminal is characterized by having an ethylenically unsaturated group which can be crosslinked and prepared by crosslinking it.
