The present invention provides a QRS complex detection of an ECG signal using multi-leads for detecting a QRS Complex waveform generated by the ventricular activity in an ECG signal generated by the activity of the heart. By reducing the amount of calculation and improving the detection speed, real-time processing is possible. By using the space velocity for the ECG signal, a high detection rate can be obtained even in a poor QRS complex detection environment including noise components. Before the spike component is detected by the QRS complex by detecting and removing the spike component in the ECG signal, the factor of lowering the reliability of the detection performance is prevented.
