Anticonvulsant, fatal and brain damage antidote by organophosphate poisoning

An antidote for protection against seizures, lethal and brain damage caused by poisoning of an organic phosphoric acid preparation comprising a nitric oxide (NO) production inhibitor is provided. The antidote according to the present invention may be used in combination with an anticholinergic drug acting on the central nervous system. The poisoning symptom and sequelae by the poisoning of the organic phosphoric acid preparation can be effectively prevented by the antidote of the present invention.
