FIELD: storage of agricultural products and biological objects of plant and animal origin at negative ambient temperatures. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying main energy of energy carrier by withdrawing it from heat-transfer wall of heated room through joint sealing member and carrier frame of open part of cabinet casing. Ministorage has cabinet casing with one open side hermetically joined to wall of dwelling room. This wall has member with area defined by open side of cabinet casing. This member is adapted for permanent transfer of dwelling room heat to cabinet casing and, consequently, maintain constant positive temperature within it.
