METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF EFFLUENT GASES IN WET PRODUCTION OF MATERIALS AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT

FIELD: treatment of effluent gases. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of raw material slime, its supply to heat-production unit and processing, chemical sorption of harmful gaseous components, dust collection, utilization of collected dust and heat of effluent gases by pure heat-transfer agent, and drying of dust slime and chemical sorption products. Prepared raw material slime prior to supply is preliminarily heated and partially dried, and used for preliminarily settling on it of dust particles from dust-gas flow coming out of heat-production unit. Heating of raw material slime and drying of dust slime and products of chemical sorption are accomplished by heat of effluent gases from heat-production unit. Final collection of dust and processes of chemical sorption of harmful gaseous components are effected in scrubber with removal of heat by pure heat-transfer agent after predrying of raw material slime. The device has heat-production unit connected with dust chamber, scrubber with built-in heat exchanger which is connected with hydrocyclone. Device for predrying of raw material slime is installed between dust chamber and scrubber with built-in heat exchanger, and connected from one side through pipeline supplying raw material slime, with heat-production unit and through effluent gas duct with dust chamber; and from the other side through effluent gas duct with scrubber with built-in heat exchanger and with drier of dust slime and products of chemical sorption connected with hydrocyclone and dust chamber.
