FIELD: environmental control; control of natural resources and ecology. SUBSTANCE: method includes excavation of trench in bottom part. Placed into these trenches are perforated pipes installed inside one another with reducing diameters in several layers to pipe them into a common system of manifold. Manifold is connected to inert gas source. Inert gas with excessive pressure is used for saturation of dump mass in process of dump service. Installed on bottom of pit are vertical perforated pipes to create rarefaction in dump mass by application of evacuation to it during its saturation with inert gas, with simultaneous treatment of mass by electro- or pneumoacoustic vibrators for loosening of mass by application of fields of elastic stresses.
