FIELD: treatment of grain prior to laying for storage. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has contact chamber with top loading device, grain distribution device and grain bottom unloading device. Propionic acid aerosol producing system positioned in lower part of contact chamber is connected with propionic acid and carbon dioxide supplying sources, with carbon dioxide being used as carrier gas.
