METHOD TO TREAT OPEN OSSEOUS FRACTURES COMPLICATED WITH PURULENT INFECTIONS OF SOFT TISSUES, OSTEONECROSIS, ARTHRITIS

FIELD: medicine, purulent surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with applying Ilizarov's apparatus and local treatment with antiseptic solutions and ointments. It is applied a combined method with using perosseous osteosynthesis by Ilizarov's apparatus by directing needles via a wound or through infiltrated tissues, by creating distraction after apparatus application during operation along directing a reservoir full with sorbent and dioxide towards marrow canal or joint's cavity, by conducting indirect lymphotropic therapy followed by compression after interruption of wound infection with simultaneous application of secondary sutures. EFFECT: decreased frequency of secondary infection availability, higher efficiency to decrease or prevent endogenous intoxication and development of local purulent-inflammatory complications, needle osteomyelitis and to improve treatment results and shorten therapy terms. 1 tbl
