FIELD: biotechnology; devices for sterile growing of vegetable explants. SUBSTANCE: the offered device consists of bioreactor which is essentially a cylindrical vessel with perforated bottom passing into pipe union and cover with sprayer built in it, and pipe union for connection of reflux condenser, filters for sterilization of incoming and outgoing gases, vessels for culture medium with pipe unions for connecting of supplying pipeline, discharging pipeline and pipeline for changing of culture medium, pump, valve system and valve control panel. Placed inside cylindrical vessel is flexible reticular carrier which is made for its twisting in roll whose outer side has cells for vegetable explants. Cells are made of roll materials.
