FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is made as cylinder 20 mm high and 18 mm in diameter. It accommodates several extremely-high frequency generators, each of them is tuned to resonance frequency. Extremely-high frequency generators are provided with common output of extremely-high frequency radiation to cone-shaped antenna-radiator closed by thin dielectric plate to prevent reflection of electromagnetic radiator from patient's skin and its scattering in surrounding space. Apparatus design provides for tuning to optimal value of output radiation power by means of short-circuiting pistons positioned inside waveguide channels. Apparatus mode of operation is controlled with the aid of microprocessor. EFFECT: improved therapy. 2 cl, 3 dwg
