Legs and head have two parallel through holes running in frontal plane. Formed in side portions of fractured fragments of condyle together with ligaments and muscles secured to them are two channels coinciding with holes in body of endoprosthesis, and fractured fragments are fixed to endoprosthesis with metal structures.
