FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes mechanical pendula located on either side of each blade at different distances from the flexural center. Pendula are made in form of levers of different length with weights at the ends of different mass; they are mounted on blade shank. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dampening vibrations due to independence of swinging axles of pendula which are mounted at different angles relative to chord of section. 4 dwg
