DEVICE FOR UTILIZATION OF WASTES IN CLEANING OF TANK CARS FROM REMAINING OIL PRODUCTS

FIELD: equipment for cleaning and preparation for filling of tank cars and utilization of formed wastes. SUBSTANCE: device has rail track, trough of the system of collection and disposal of sewage made in the form of two pipes which are laid without inclination below the rail head beyond the track. At each position, pipes are interconnected with each other from atop by collectors with gates. One of the pipes is provided with device for treatment of sewage from oil products and solid impurities and connected with reservoir for clarified water, reservoir for collecting oil products and sludge ground. The second pipe is connected with reservoir for collection of oil products and sludge ground. Both pipes have valves for supply of steam or compressed air. Inside track individual sewage receiver is located and connected with collector connected by turning pipeline to discharge valve of tank car. The device is provided with system of forced ventilation and cooler of vapor effluents. EFFECT: reduced harmful effect environment, power intensity and provision of device compactness. 4 cl, 3 dwg
