摘要

FIELD: salvo fire jet systems working on composite solid propellant. SUBSTANCE: method consists in heating the housing, applying the composition on base of low-molecular rubber and spreading it over inner surface of housing by rotation, applying an adhesive compound on sealing collars and fitting them in housing till adhesive compound under collars is fully hardened. Material on base of polybutadiene epoxy urethane rubber is used for protective and adhesive layers. Applying the composition and hardening of adhesive compound are effected at two stage. First, composition is applied to housing at areas where collars are located and to collars proper, after which they are fitted in housing and are subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 120 to 135 C for 2 to 2.5 hours. This done, composition is applied to inner surface of housing between collars and is left for hardening at a temperature of 120 to 135 C for 3 to 8 hours. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of rocket engine under any operating conditions; reduced technological cycle and extended capabilities of manufacture. 4 dwg
