FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of concentration of tissue activator plasminogen in tear of sick and health eye. Preparations of "Plasminogen" type are given if plasminogen level in sick eye tear is increased by 25% and above. At decrease of its level by 25% and above preparations promoting the increase of tissue activator plasminogen or their substitutes are given.
