FIELD: method for communication using in-phase channel (I) and quarter-phase shifted channel (Q) in communication system with extended spectrum. SUBSTANCE: method involves transmission of first and second information signals (an,bn) through I and Q information channels using direct serial communication signals with extended spectrum. In-phase pseudorandom noise signals (PNI) and quarter-phase shifted pseudorandom noise signals (PNQ) of given PN codes (178, 180) are used for extension of respectively first and second information signals (an,bn). In particular, PNI and PNQ signals are joined with first and second information signals (an,bn) and orthogonal functional signal 174 for generation of I- and Q-channel modulation signals (SI,SQ). I-channel and Q-channel modulation signals (SI,SQ) are used for modulation of in-phase carrier signal I and quarter- phase shifted carrier signal Q for transmission to receiver through I and Q communication channels respectively. Another claim of invention describes best possible design of receiver which is designed as device for evaluation of at least first information signal using I- channel and Q-channel modulated carrier signals (RI,RQ) received through I and Q information channels. Received I-channel and Q- channel modulated carrier signals (RI,RQ)$ are demodulated and convoluted in order to provide sequences which are correlated with in-phase and quarter-phase shifted projection signals. Phase shifter evaluates at least first information signal using projection signals I and Q and received test signal.
