The retention projection is formed as a retention rib (34) running in a peripheral direction or as an outer thread. The closure head (30) forms a stop surface (28) extending over the outside of the closure shaft (26) for limiting the insertion movement of the closure (22) in the trepanation hole (14). The closure shaft may have a radially running through passage aperture and an elastically deformable area in a radial direction. It may be socket-shaped and the closure (22) has a longitudinal slot (35) running in an axial direction starting from one end of it.
