The temperature of hot water in the heat source advance to a conduit is measured. A signal arising from the temperature measurement is conducted to a three-way valve (3) as control signal. A signal is produced dependent upon the user water flow to the connection for cold water user water (6). A hot water volume flow is divided in a heat exchanger (1) dependent upon the hot water forward flow temperature. The signal at the connection of the cold water user water (6) is fed to a three-way valve (5) and thus an outflow of the hot water volume flow from the heat exchanger (1) is controlled. A temperature expansion probe (4) is arranged in a heat source forward flow (12) conduit.
