The present invention relates to proteins, as well as sections of said proteins, which react with active substances against parasitizing nematodes from the group of the cyclic or open-chain depsipetides consisting of amino acids and hydroxycarboxylic acids. The disclosure also comprises DNA sequences coding these proteins or sections of said proteins as well as the use of said proteins or their sections for identifying substances acting against parasitizing nematodes.
