Optical spectral analysis method for laser-induced microplasma

摘要

The spectral analysis method uses an optical analyser with spectral separation of the emitted plasma radiation via an Echelle spectrograph (6) and imaging onto a CCD camera system. A hardware binding analysis method is effected by combining several lines of the CCD camera system to generate the base structure of a binding pattern, with selected regions subjected to a software binding analysis method.
