Straddle carrier and other mobile stacker cranes

The straddle carrier has at least one lower frame and an upper frame in two pivoted sections. A pantograph lifting system (20) is located between the two frames. Drive is provided by wheels on all sides, and the modular upper frame has load carrying equipment which has rockers (26) with twist locks (12) for switching to different container sizes. An energy storage system limits the required peak power of the main drive machine.
