The scale has a display, which is provided with a weight indication and a linear, horizontal indicating panel for a moving pointer (4). The pointer in the indicating panel (3) is continuously adjusted, dependent on the load to be weighed. At least one card with a tariff table in the form of a matrix (6) is arranged above and/or below the indicating panel (3). The width of the card corresponds to the width of the indicating panel (3) and its lines (7 1-7 5) are assigned to the types of post transmission, and the columns (8/1 - 8/15) are assigned wt. sections. Several cards (5) are provided, which give the types of postal transmission and the types of transport in certain cases, depending on the country groups.
