Protective cover for freshly poured concrete

The cover may be placed on top of green concrete, especially a freshly poured floor, to protect it from the rain and prevent damage by people walking over it. The cover may consist of a roll of e.g. plastics material with a number of ribs formed in it. There may be alternate wide ribs (luftrippe), which may be filled with compressed air, and narrow ribs (wasserrippe) which may be filled with water under pressure. The ribs, when inflated, impart resistance to bending in one direction.
