Acoustic operating drum with hollow-cylinder shaped drum basin

In front of the open face side of the drum basin (1) are resonance skins (5) that produces the sounds through hitting of the drum with a drum stick. There is a ring- system adapted, detachably, to each face-side of the drum basin. This is used for clamping of the resonance skin and clamping elements (7). The resonance skin is independent from the drum basin, and other resonance skins, which make it possible for particular tone scales to be selectable. Each of the two ring systems may comprise of a carriage ring (2), a press ring (5) and a clamping ring (10).
