A ketoprofen (KP) plaster with both long-term and immediate effect comprises: (a) a moisture permeable carrier layer (10); (b) a moisture impermeable primer layer (20); (c) a highly moisture permeable drug layer (30) containing KP; and (d) a skin adhesion layer (40), with a release control function for delivery of the drug solution. Layers (c) and (d) have a separate complex laminate structure.
