The system can be integral with or subsequently installed in the vehicle. It has a connection in the form of a ventilation inflow hose, branch-duct or grille for vehicle interiors and other connections from the vehicle ventilation system, e.g. air-conditioning plant or fan, directly to fitments such as seats, head-rests, door-locks, clutch or brake pedal, seals and fuel tanks. The connecting hose can be attached to the ventilation grille of the vehicle interior and directly inserted into an all-purpose seat base containing elastic ventilation hoses or ducts, with flow-regulator. The heating is connected to heating plates of different output.
